FAQ1: Why are your products priced towards the high-end of the market?
Koobs Design manufacture the highest quality bespoke furniture. None of our products are off the shelf, but each is tailored to your very own specifications, to fit dimensions and specific needs of your room or space. We provide higher quality and thicker wood, to most of our competitors, meaning our units strength is maximised. With increased quality of materials and outstanding finishes, your Koobs unit will be something to admire for years to come.
FAQ2: Does the cabinet need to be secured to the wall?
All cabinets over 550mm must be secured to the wall to prevent the unit from toppling over and causing injury. This may be done with the means we provide within your order, or by another method of your own choosing.
FAQ3: How long does delivery take?
Bespoke cabinets, made to order will take within 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered.
FAQ4: What methods of payments can I use?
We accept payment by Debit Card, Credit Card or PayPal?
FAQ5: What shall I do if my order has pieces that are missing or damaged?
If your unit is damaged, please take photographs of the damaged item and email us ASAP. We will assess each damaged item individually and look to remedy the situation urgently.
FAQ6: Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel or change your order within 24hrs of placing your order and your payment will be returned within 5 to 7 working days. 24 hours after placing your order, the manufacturing process has begun, and it will not be possible to cancel from this point. However, it may still be possible to amend your order so please contact us urgently.
